The investment required for this project is $5 million, with returns expected through rental income and potential property value appreciation over a period of 10 years.
EcoBuild International, a leader in sustainable construction, is the primary partner for this project. They bring expertise in green building practices and will oversee the construction and implementation phases. EcoBuild is committed to providing matching funds up to 50% of the total project cost, ensuring a solid financial foundation and shared risk.
